Occupancy

Rates are based on no more than 6 guests.  Up to two additional guests will be allowed at an additional cost of $50 per person per night.  We have wonderful neighbors living on either side of us, so please be respectful of them and keep the noise to a minimum!

Checks are preferred.  A deposit of 50% is due upon reservation.  The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to check-in.  The property is not considered reserved until the deposit is received.  Most major credit cards are accepted.  Payment in full is required if paying by credit card.  Please send an inquiry through our contact us page and specify which method of payment you prefer.  Please see Oktoberfest policies below.

oktoberfest policies

Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am.   2 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a key code to the front door.

 

Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the house.  Guests who violate the no smoking policy will be charged $250 for cleaning and smoke removal.

 

All cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.  Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will be charged for the entire amount of the stay.  Please see Oktoberfest policies below.

 

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, and will be charged for any repairs, replacements, or excessive cleaning as a result.

 

2 night minimum required for all weekends in October.  We require payment in full by check or credit card at the time of reservation.  cancellations are refundable up to 30 days in advance minus a $50 re-booking fee.  No refunds will be issued within 30 days of check-in.
